The job

We are looking for a Founding GTM Lead to build and scale our commercial organization.
This role sits at the very core of Orus’ strategy, which is fundamentally driven by customer discovery and real-world feedback. You will have a clear mandate: bring Orus’ value proposition to market at scale, while building the sales playbook in real time as you and your team close new customers.
This is a builder role. It’s the opportunity to shape a revenue engine from scratch.
Key Responsibilities
New Market GTM & Sales
Own end-to-end sales cycles for new customers
Run outbound and partnerships motions to build a high-quality early pipeline
Work alongside the Founder to build market-entry strategy and refine our value prop
Customer Launches
Lead sales through to contract to go-live understanding critical client requirements
Ensure high-quality set-up, testing, and early usage
Work closely with operational and product teams on customer needs and feed insights into product strategy
GTM Leadership
Build repeatable GTM playbooks for new geographies/segments
Influence product roadmap based on market signals
Work with future hires and external partners on social and marketing campaigns to generate demand as we scale
Build the Revenue Engine
Who we are looking for :
5+ years of xp within fast-growing startups, running midmarket+ sales cycles
Ability to navigate between strategic vision and hands-on execution.
Bias-to-action
Strong sense of ownership
Process-oriented, organised, and comfortable owning multiple accounts while building a team
Excited to work in a fast-paced startup where you build as you go (no sector-specific xp required)
Creative problem-solver who can adapt quickly in new markets
Great manager, genuinely seeks to grow people around them
