In this role, you'll be instrumental in shaping our brand's online presence and optimizing the user experience of our e-commerce. We're seeking an ideal candidate with a robust background in both web design and e-commerce functionality, capable of seamlessly blending creativity with technical proficiency to deliver visually stunning and high-performing websites.

You will be responsible for:

• Web Design: Develop visually appealing website layouts that seamlessly integrate the brand's visual identity while prioritizing an exceptional e-commerce user experience.
• E-commerce Integration: Collaborate with developers to implement e-commerce functionality, ensuring a smooth and intuitive online shopping experience.
• Conduct usability testing and analyze user behavior data to improve the interface.
• Development of the design system and language of the interface.
• Joint analysis with CRO to improve OrCam's digital performance, based on A/B testing
• Optimize visual assets and incorporate branding guidelines for a polished visual design.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and effectively communicate design ideas (teams such as the Digital Marketing team and Web Developers).
• Stay updated on industry trends and apply innovative design approaches.

Job requirements

• 3+ years of UX UI experience.
• B.A. in Visual Communication, Design, or a related field.
• Product Designer education/experience (UX/UI).
• A portfolio demonstrating your expertise in designing and optimizing e-commerce websites.
• Master of Figma and Adobe.
• Experienced in the full design cycle, from research to channeling inspiration to creating a pixel-perfect UI for all scenarios.
• Prioritize and manage multiple projects within design specifications and tight deadlines.
• Team player with strong communication skills.
• Experienced in working closely with Marketing and Development Teams.
• Experience with HTML, CSS, and JavaScript – at a Designer level.
• Take initiative and make things happen.
