The Influencers Relations & Community Manager (maternity leave) is responsible for managing the end-to-end planning and execution of influencer marketing campaigns. They are the subject matter expert for Influencer Marketing, continuously evolving our approach to stay on pace with industry trends and leading the development of campaigns that maximize impact and meet business goals. Strong relationship-building skills are critical to success as they are a key collaborator.

The ideal candidate will be extremely social media oriented, with professional experience in influencers marketing platforms, online community management, across major social media platforms, such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, Reddit, and more.

The ideal candidate will be able to represent the OrCam brand online, building relationships with customers, leads, and influencers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify influencers that are relevant that support the overall goals of the Marketing and Sales Teams, and build an effective relationships with them through strong partnership
  • Plan and execute organic influencer campaigns simultaneously
  • Drive influencer campaigns and manage all accompanying deliverables from start to finish within timeline and budget
  • Guide the creation of influencer content, ensuring the creative aligns with the Brand and campaign strategy
  • Define and track KPIs and benchmarks to measure campaign success; Present campaign reports and key learnings
  • Maintain and update influencer database, marketing calendars and influencer materials
  • Proven work experience as a marketing influencer manager / community manager
  • Strong project management, multitasking, and decision-making skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience managing social media and online communities across multiple platforms
  • Strong problem-solving ability, including metrics-driven thinking
  • Thinks outside the box and willing to learn new things
  • BA in marketing, Communications, or related field
  • Ability to work well with a team and under pressure
