The Senior Marketing Manager will lead regional marketing for ARC-EX in Europe, driving awareness, demand generation, and therapy adoption. This role is responsible for translating global strategy into impactful, insight-driven regional initiatives and supporting commercial success through close collaboration with Sales and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement the regional strategy to raise awareness and generate demand, grounded in deep customer insights and analytics.
  • Adapt the global brand strategy to reflect regional insights, including segmentation, targeting, positioning, and messaging.
  • Develop and execute a regional marketing plan to drive promotional, channel, and sales strategies.
  • Build strong relationships with the sales organization (direct and distributors) and develop supporting materials, including brochures, videos, animations, presentations, and product and competitive briefs.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for messaging and product/therapy related matters for sales teams.
  • Lead the creation and execution of traditional, digital, and direct-to-consumer (DTC) campaigns in partnership with creative agencies and vendors.
  • Support clinics in the region through targeted PR and media activities.
  • Develop local programs to drive effective therapy adoption and long-term engagement.
  • Support the coordination of, and participate in, conferences and trade shows across the region.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with KOLs, societies, and advocacy groups; identify thought leaders and manage consulting agreements.
  • Contribute to the development of global marketing capabilities to drive scale and efficiencies across regions.
  • Manage post-market surveillance feedback and ensure compliance with ONWARD’s quality systems.

Experience, Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree required; preferred fields include business, marketing, or a science-related discipline. MBA or other relevant advanced degree is a plus.
  • 8-10 years of professional experience in marketing or related field in medical device, consumer healthtech, or other life sciences industry required; experience in neurorehabilitation and / or neuromodulation/ stimulation markets a strong advantage.
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (in either a sales or marketing capacity) required; experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud is a plus.
  • Proven success in product launches, ideally within the medical device space.
  • Solid understanding of both traditional and digital marketing channels, including direct-to-consumer (DTC).
  • Creative, self-directed problem-solver, who functions well in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong intellectual curiosity with a commitment to continuous learning and improvement.
  • Excellent verbal, written, and presentation communication skills.
  • Experience working in international and cross-cultural environments.
  • High ethical standards, a collaborative mindset, and a pragmatic, can-do attitude.
  • Fluent in English.
