Mission:
The intern will support Procurement initiatives and contribute to improving Supply Chain processes.
Main Responsibilities:
- Manage RFQs for non-strategic categories
- Analyze and compare supplier quotations
- Support cost optimization and purchasing conditions improvements
- Contribute to ERP implementation and improvement
- Work on MRP parameters:
- Safety stock levels
- Minimum Order Quantities (MOQ)
- Reorder points
- Work on MRP parameters:
- Identify and suggest improvements to Procurement and Planning processes
Objective:
Provide operational support while helping to structure and strengthen Procurement and Supply Chain processes.
6-9 months. Apprenticeship could also be an option.
You are an engineer or university student with a specialisation in Supply Chain Management or procurement
You have a good command of MS Office systems and tools (Excel, Powerpoint, Power BI) and ERP data extraction
You speak English and French fluently
Autonomy, curiosity, proactivity, a taste for investigation and the ability to manage process implementation
- Applicants must already hold a valid Swiss work/student permit or be eligible to work in Switzerland (Swiss or EU/EFTA citizenship)
