As a US Sales Operations Specialist at ONWARD Medical, you will play a critical role in enabling commercial success by supporting and optimizing sales execution across systems, processes, and cross-functional workflows. This role will serve as a key partner to Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Customer Experience teams to ensure accurate quoting, strong pipeline visibility, and efficient order execution.
You will be responsible for managing core sales operations functions including CRM (Salesforce) support, quote generation, reporting, and coordination of order fulfillment processes. In addition, you will help with design and improve scalable commercial processes as well as to support continued growth. This role is essential to improving revenue predictability, operational efficiency, and overall sales effectiveness.

Responsibilities
  • Enable sales execution through CRM support, quoting, credentialing, and operational coordination across internal teams.
  • Manage quote creation and ensure alignment with pricing policies, approval thresholds, and internal controls.
  • Maintain CRM (Salesforce) data integrity, support pipeline management, troubleshoot user issues, and ensure adherence to defined sales processes.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to provide visibility into pipeline, performance, and key commercial metrics.
  • Assist in forecasting processes by ensuring accurate opportunity data and supporting pipeline reviews.
  • Partner with Customer Support, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure accurate order processing and shipment coordination.
  • Lead onboarding training for new sales team members on Salesforce and provide ongoing training, refreshers, and supplemental enablement as system enhancements, process updates, and new functionality are introduced.
  • Support completion of RFPs, vendor onboarding, and required internal documentation.
  • Manage and track credentialing requirements to ensure field readiness and compliance.
  • Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable workflows across quote-to-cash and sales processes.
  • Act as a liaison between Sales and internal teams (Finance, IT, Marketing, Customer Support, and Operations) to ensure alignment and seamless execution.

Experience, Qualifications & Skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, or related field.
  • Minimum of 1–3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Commercial Operations, or related role.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail
  • Proficiency in Salesforce CRM and Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience with reporting, dashboards, and data analysis
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Understanding of sales processes, pipeline management, and forecasting
  • Experience with quoting, pricing, and order management processes preferred
  • Familiarity with ERP systems (e.g., Business Central) is a plus
  • Highly detail-oriented with a process-driven mindset
