As the Communications Manager at ONWARD Medical, you will play a pivotal role in driving global communications activities for the company. Your primary focus will be on further enhancing the image and reputation of ONWARD Medical and increasing awareness of our mission to develop and commercialize innovative therapies for the Spinal Cord Injury (SCI) Community and other stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute ONWARD’s global communications plan, in alignment with the company's objectives and the global communications strategy.

• Collaborate with internal team members and external partners to create and maintain a well-structured company communications calendar in line with strategic objectives.

• Manage the development and publication of global communications contents, including key corporate materials and announcements, social media posts, patient and customer video testimonials Manage ONWARD’s corporate presence across select social media channels, including editorial and campaign planning, execution, reporting and performance optimization

• Maintain corporate elements of the company’s websites and other online assets.

• Oversee graphic design, photography, videography, and other visual production activities related to ONWARD’s global communications.

• Contribute to global media engagement activities, including pitch and media toolkit preparation and global monitoring, along with maintaining the company’s contact lists for global media and investors.

• Manage and respond to incoming corporate communications via email, website registrations, and other inquiry channels.

• Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of global communications initiatives across channels.
