About the job

The Strategic Project Lead supports the Head of Strategy & Corporate Development by driving projects of high importance for the company, with exposure to the Chief Executive Officer.

Responsibilities

• Conduct analyses and develop recommendations for the Head of Strategy & Corporate Development on projects related to strategy, financing and business development (e.g. definition of company roadmap, assessment of long-term growth opportunities, due diligence on potential partners)

• Support preparation of quarterly Board meetings

• Prepare materials for investor meetings (e.g. company deck, quarterly business updates, CEO presentations)

• Manage strategic initiatives that do not have a clear “home” within an existing company function, including coordination of cross-functional team members when needed

• Drive implementation of sustainability-related initiatives

• Organize information and prioritize critical issues to facilitate decision making and execution in complex, cross-functional projects

• Track high priority initiatives and support company performance assessment

• Support the Head of Strategy & Corporate Development, CEO, and CFO in the execution of strategic initiatives and external partnerships and programs
