You own product quality across the entire lifecycle, run root-cause analyses, and implement sustainable corrective and preventive actions.

You plan and conduct product and process audits, reporting results to stakeholders.

You define quality KPIs and build a central Q-Base with dashboards for full transparency.

You develop a Q-Early-Warning system, a QA matrix, and Launch Control for robust product launches.

You investigate quality issues in production, guide manufacturing on corrective measures, and drive quality awareness through regular Q-Gemba walks.

You're the direct contact for escalations and customer complaints, coordinating resolutions.

You collaborate closely with development to embed quality requirements early in design and process.

You maintain quality documentation (risk assessments, FMEAs, audit reports) and drive continuous improvement.

Bachelor's or Master's degree in mechatronics or a related field.

At least 5 years of experience in quality management and development environments.

Knowledge of sensors, actuators, control systems, robotics, and programming (e.g. Python/C++).

Experience analyzing and measuring electronic and mechanical components.

Strong grasp of ISO 9001, Six Sigma, SPC, FMEA, and 8D.

Strong communication skills, business-fluent German, and good English.
