Your Mission & Challenges
-
Program Safety Logic: Develop, test, and troubleshoot safety-related control logic using PLC programming per IEC 61131-3 (Structured Text, Ladder Diagram, Function Block Diagram) on established automation platforms
-
Integrate Safety Networks: Implement and commission industrial communication and safety networks (EtherCAT, PROFINET, FSoE, PROFIsafe, CIP Safety) together with I/O systems, fieldbus communication, sensors, actuators, and servo/motion control interfaces
-
Apply Robotics Fundamentals: Support robot integration by applying coordinate systems, Tool Center Point (TCP), and joint/Cartesian motion concepts, with exposure to industrial or collaborative robot kinematics and dynamics
-
Commission & Validate: Commission, debug, and validate machine safety functions in line with ISO 13849, IEC 62061, and IEC 61508, ensuring safety-critical software is properly verified
-
Collaborate Across Teams: Use Python, C++, and Git within cross-functional automation and robotics teams, contributing analysis, troubleshooting, and clear documentation
