You will work cross-functionally within the Product Development Team and support internal product development as well as all downstream processes throughout the entire product lifecycle:

Supporting Product and Project Management in day-to-day operations across the entire development process and product lifecycle

Preparing and following up on meeting notes, deriving clear action items and work packages

Contributing to the development and industrialization of products – from the concept phase through to series production readiness

Supporting the adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements throughout the development process

Optimizing processes and tools to continuously increase efficiency and effectiveness

Preparing, structuring, and documenting complex technical and process-related topics

Collaborating closely and coordinating with interdisciplinary teams across mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, software development, procurement, and production

Taking ownership of smaller projects independently and developing own concepts and solutions

Ongoing studies in Mechanical Engineering, Mechatronics, Industrial Engineering, Business Informatics, or a comparable degree program with a technical specialization

Strong mechatronic understanding – you think in systems, not in silos

Structured and independent way of working combined with a quick grasp of new topics

Analytical mindset and enthusiasm for questioning and improving processes

Hands-on mentality: You are willing to go the extra mile and take ownership of tasks that may be completely new to you

Very good German and English language skills (minimum C1 level), both written and spoken

Valid Category B driver's license

Initial practical experience in project management, product development, or a technical industrial environment (e.g., through internships or working student positions)

Experience with tools such as Jira, Confluence, PowerPoint, or Word

Passion for robotics, automation, and the development of complex mechatronic products – from initial idea to successful market scaling
