Creativity Meets Strategy

The marketing team is the creative hub of our company, blending design, strategy, and communication like an in-house agency. This is where the ideas and concepts come to life, making our products and brand visible worldwide. From designing the robots to marketing them, all aspects converge in marketing. With our own video and photo studio, we professionally showcase content for social media, online campaigns, and presentations. At the same time, marketing is responsible for planning and organizing all global events, whether they’re international trade shows or partner events. This area combines creative thinking with strategic planning, always aiming to deliver impactful messages, equip the Business Partner Unit with compelling marketing material, and create memorable experiences. Marketing is not just the stage but also the engine that represents our company to the outside world.

For NEURA Robotics, events are the central showcase for the future of cognitive robotics. At leading trade fairs such as automatica, IFA and CES, we inspire the world with our innovations. Beyond that, we are increasingly present worldwide with our products and partners at summits, conferences and similar platforms. As part of our continued growth, we are therefore strengthening the "Marketing Operations & Strategy" area as well as our event team within the "Marketing & Communications" department. We are looking for an experienced personality who leads large and important event projects to success.

Your mission and challenges
  • You take ownership of the planning, conception and execution of global trade fair appearances and comparable platforms featuring a large number of robots.

  • In addition, you conceive, plan and manage further events, such as roadshows or location openings.

  • You are responsible for complex projects, coordinating internal stakeholders and external service providers (e.g. exhibition stand builders, agencies) and ensuring that budgets, timelines and the highest quality standards are met.

  • Working closely with your colleagues, you continuously optimize existing processes and develop our event portfolio strategically.

  • As the central interface between top management, product and project management and sales, you play a key role in ensuring that our events achieve maximum reach and lead generation through targeted design.

  • You establish clear KPIs to measure success, monitor the performance of our events, and use this information to make recommendations for the future.

  • You proactively identify relevant placement opportunities and thereby expand our global event network strategically.

  • You bring several years of professional experience in managing complex, international events and trade fair appearances, whether on the agency side or in a globally operating (technology) company.

  • You have already successfully conceived, budgeted and executed trade fair appearances of comparable complexity and scale.

  • You have strategic foresight and position events as a central lever in the marketing mix.

  • Future topics such as robotics and artificial intelligence inspire you. You do not just want to run events, you want to make the future of robotics visible and help shape it.

  • You roll up your sleeves and take responsibility at every level, from strategic conception to on-site execution.

  • You feel at home in a fast-paced environment shaped by growth and change, and you keep a cool head even under high time pressure and shifting priorities.

  • You think pragmatically and in a solution-oriented way, bring projects to the finish line independently and actively help shape processes.

  • You convince through excellent organization, leadership and a confident presence, and at the same time see yourself as a team player who supports wherever needed.

  • You communicate and negotiate confidently in English, and fluent German is an advantage.

  • You are willing to travel nationally and internationally.
