Creativity Meets Strategy
The marketing team is the creative hub of our company, blending design, strategy, and communication like an in-house agency. This is where the ideas and concepts come to life, making our products and brand visible worldwide. From designing the robots to marketing them, all aspects converge in marketing. With our own video and photo studio, we professionally showcase content for social media, online campaigns, and presentations. At the same time, marketing is responsible for planning and organizing all global events, whether they’re international trade shows or partner events. This area combines creative thinking with strategic planning, always aiming to deliver impactful messages, equip the Business Partner Unit with compelling marketing material, and create memorable experiences. Marketing is not just the stage but also the engine that represents our company to the outside world.
- Full-time
Metzingen
Events are NEURA Robotics' central showcase for the future of cognitive robotics. At leading trade fairs such as automatica, IFA, and CES, we inspire the world with our innovations — and we are increasingly present at summits, conferences, and comparable platforms worldwide. Within our Marketing Operations & Strategy team, part of the Marketing & Communications department, we are looking for driven support who rolls up their sleeves, thinks proactively, and grows beyond event management into broader marketing topics.
Your Mission & Challenges-
You support our team in the planning, preparation, and execution of trade fair appearances and other events — from the initial concept idea through coordination to on-site follow-up.
-
You collaborate with internal stakeholders and external service providers such as exhibition builders and agencies, keeping timelines, budgets, and task lists on track.
-
You help prepare event materials, maintain overviews, and measure success based on our KPIs.
-
Beyond events, you support the marketing team on product and partner topics, such as creating content, coordinating materials, and preparing campaigns.
-
You are an enrolled student of business, marketing, communications, or a comparable field — ideally with a focus on events or marketing.
-
You are completing a mandatory or voluntary internship with a minimum duration of six months.
-
First practical experience from internships, working student positions, or own projects is a plus, but not a must.
-
You work in a structured and reliable manner, keep track of multiple parallel tasks, and bring a strong hands-on mentality.
-
You are a communicative team player who engages openly with people and contributes actively.
-
You communicate confidently in both German and English.
-
You are proficient with common office tools; first experience with social media or common marketing tools is welcome.
-
You are willing to travel nationally and internationally.
-
A strong affinity and enthusiasm for future topics such as robotics and artificial intelligence round off your profile.
