Your ideas shape our products

In Product Management, you'll shape the future of our technologies. You're not just responsible for developing new products and optimizing existing ones, but also for ensuring their market success. Your mission is to create innovative solutions that excite our customers and set new standards. As a central interface, you’ll closely collaborate with all development departments—from software to robotics to AI—and maintain direct communication with our customers. You identify market needs, translate these into clear concepts, and oversee the entire process up to market launch. You'll focus not only on the product but also on pricing, positioning, and profitability. Here, you’ll coordinate, provide key insights, and stand by your visions. If you love taking responsibility, thinking strategically, and turning ideas into groundbreaking products, Product Management with us is the perfect place for you. Create products that not only impress technically but also conquer the market!

from today

Your mission & challenges

NeuraGym is our physical AI training center, where we collaborate with partners to gather extensive data and teach robots at scale. It serves as the infrastructure where applications are developed for all our robots – from our cognitive robot arm MAiRA to our humanoid 4NE-1 and our service robot MiPA.
As NeuraGym Site Manager you own the service end to end: you lead the on-site team and coordinate HQ support, steer the customer schedule and key metrics, and keep the facility running safely and efficiently. You’ll also work with the core product team to turn lessons learned into actions for all NeuraGym sites.

  • Own overall service quality and business success for the Gym—customer satisfaction, utilization, revenue targets and KPI dashboards.
  • Act as primary operational contact for customers once a project is signed; join planning calls, set expectations and resolve day-to-day issues.
  • Lead and coordinate the full support ecosystem: on-site staff (AI Trainer, Robotics Trainer, Logistics/Craftsman) as well as nearby HQ teams (IT Support, Cloud Service Support, Robotics Service) to ensure smooth operations.
  • Plan and maintain the NeuraGym cell usage schedule, accommodating Neura partners as well as internal R&D teams.
  • Collect customer feedback and performance data; work with the core NeuraGym and product teams to refine processes, offerings and SLAs.
  • Manage the site budget and procurement for consumables, spare parts and minor capital items.
  • Coordinate facility services and vendors (power, HVAC, cleaning, security) and ensure basic safety & compliance standards are met.
  • Oversee asset and inventory accuracy—including back-of-house storage for customer fixtures—delegating day-to-day tracking to the Robotics Trainer and Logistics staff.
  • Interface with central IT to keep network, servers and cloud links operational; trigger escalations when issues impact customers.

What we can look forward to
  • Degree in Engineering, Applied Sciences, Operations Management or a related field.

  • 5+ years running day-to-day operations or test labs in high-tech domains (e.g. robotics, autonomous vehicles, advanced manufacturing)—other comparable fields welcome.

  • Proven line-leadership of multi-disciplinary teams and direct interface with external customers.

  • Skilled at developing and refining processes in ambiguous environments, turning emerging needs into repeatable playbooks.

  • Fluent in both the technical (AI, robotics, cloud) and business languages; quick to absorb new tools and concepts.

  • Strong focus on business KPIs as well as operational excellence: utilization, revenue, customer satisfaction, continuous-improvement loops.

  • Competent in managing site-level operating budgets.

  • Familiar with basic lab/facility safety and compliance requirements.

  • Working knowledge of cloud / IT support processes and ticketing workflows is a plus.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication; fluent in English and German.

  • Hands-on, problem-solving mindset; able to keep multiple projects moving in a fast-changing environment.
