We're looking for an ambitious PM ready to build Nelly's Growth function from scratch - owning the full journey from sign-up to habit across our software, AI, and fintech surfaces, with direct impact on NRR. If you want real ownership and zero hand-holding, this is it.

We are building the AI-Driven Financial Operating System for European healthcare, solving the biggest challenges for patients and practices. We create what no bank or software platform can handle. Our all-in-one platform transforms chaotic administrative processes into intelligent, automated workflows, from patient care to billing to next-generation payments. Because we truly believe: healthcare should be less about paperwork and more about people.

Joining us, you will:
Translate Nelly's company vision into specific, prioritized bets across acquisition, activation, and monetisation, informed by data, experimentation, and customer behavior
Own the end-to-end user journey: from partial sign-up through setup, first value, and habit formation - across Nelly's software, AI, and fintech products, and continuously sharpen each stage
Build platform-level growth capabilities that compound across surfaces , not features that live in one place
Design and run a rigorous experimentation and measurement program. Form hypotheses, define metrics, ship A/B tests at high velocity, learn fast, and ship what moves the numbers
Collaborate deeply with Design, Engineering, Marketing, and Product Leadership on both strategy and execution
Inform pricing, packaging, and self-serve strategy in partnership with GTM and finance leadership - including how we package across software, AI, and fintech to drive expansion (vertical & geo)
What you'll bring:

Shipped exceptional B2B/prosumer growth products in high-velocity environments - you care deeply about user outcomes and winning with the product
3+ years in product management with hands-on PLG (and ideally PLS) experience: you've built and owned elaborated growth motions on complex B2B workflow products
High agency and high learning velocity: you run a high volume of hypothesis-driven bets, move fast in ambiguity, say "no" when needed, and are comfortable building from zero
Strong analytical skills and data mindset around A/B testing, optimization, and defining growth metrics
Strong data mindset: you create data acquisition and evaluation strategies, track product and agent metrics (utilization rates, precision & recall), understand online vs. offline eval trade-offs, and use insights to drive better customer outcomes
Passion for AI technology and its potential to reshape product-led growth
Excellent cross-functional collaboration across Engineering, Design, Marketing, Sales, and Customer Success
Even better if you have:
German or Italian proficiency - you can discuss real work with dentists, ZFAs/ZMVs, and billing partners
Experience growing products for SMB customers in less-digital European verticals (healthcare, construction, legal, architecture, or similar) where adoption is hard-won and not a given
Experience with self-serve, freemium, or PQL-driven growth motions
Experience with high-growth SaaS products using usage or outcome-based pricing, where you owned strategies to drive net revenue retention (NRR) growth
