We’re on the lookout for an ambitious Product Marketing Manager to join our Marketing Team at our office in Berlin. Join us in building the largest AI enabled fintech for healthcare!
As our Product Marketing Manager you will elevate how our product is positioned, launched, and monetised. This role sits at the intersection of GTM/Revenue, Product, and Branding/Design. You ensure that what we build is clearly differentiated, commercially compelling, and consistently communicated across the funnel.

Joining us, you will:
Develop and maintain structured competitor battle cards
Own competitive intelligence and market overviews
Refine segmentation and persona clarity (buyer vs. user vs. decision committee)
Sharpen pitch narratives and demo scripts
Equip Sales with differentiated, objection-ready messaging
Reduce confusion and friction in product perception
Define and refine feature-level value propositions
What you'll bring:
Minimum of 3 years in Product Marketing, Growth, or related roles
Close collaboration with Product and Sales
Experience driving sales enablement and structured launches
Experience in competitive analysis and market research
Strong plus:
Experience in SaaS, fintech, healthcare, or AI-driven businesses

Exposure to complex B2B buying processes
