We are looking for a curious Revenue Operations Intern at our office in Cologne who can help us to automate everything around billing in one of Berlin's top Startups.
What will you get to do in this internship role?
We’re looking for a passionate Revenue Operations Intern to support and scale our go-to-market operations. You’ll work directly with our Senior Revenue Operations Manager, and cross-functional stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Onboarding, and Customer Support/Success. This is an opportunity to gain deep exposure into how strategy, data, and tooling come together to fuel a fast-scaling startup.

What you’ll get to do
- Data & Insights: Build and maintain reports and dashboards to monitor KPIs across the revenue funnel
- CRM Optimization: Assist in maintaining and improving our Salesforce instance, ensuring clean data and efficient processes
- Process Improvement: Help design and document scalable GTM processes, and identify areas for automation
- Tooling Support: Support the management and integration of tools in our tech stack to maximise productivity and data flow
- Revenue Projects: Work on strategic projects such as lead scoring, pipeline analytics, or sales enablement initiatives
What you'll bring
- You are available for at least r months
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Business, Economics, Engineering, or a related field
- You have gained initial practical experience in demanding, dynamic environments (e.g., internships or working student roles in high-growth startups, fintechs, Big 4, investment banking, etc.)
- You are motivated to take on responsibility and actively drive your personal growth
- You combine strong analytical skills as well as a knack for structuring things and thinking in systems with a hands-on mentality
- Your judgment allows you to decide when "done" is better than "perfect" – and vice versa
- You are curious and enjoy challenging the status quo
