We’re looking for a highly ambitious product person to own Nelly’s Billing Agent – our core AI product that automates consultation documentation and billing for German practices and directly drives practice automation & revenue. This role is for a top-tier, high-agency PM who wants full ownership: from user discovery in the practice to AI design, launch, and commercial impact.

Joining us, you will

  • Own strategy & roadmap for Billing Agent: translate global product strategy and business goals into a clear, outcome-driven roadmap that maximizes practice time savings and revenue, while building compounding products with other automation teams at Nelly
  • Own the product lifecycle from discovery to launch: synthesize customer feedback, data, and market & technology trends into prioritized decisions that balance quick wins with strategic bets
  • Sharpen the core Billing Agent experience while running new bets like a high-intensity PMF lab → form hypotheses, ship, measure, iterate fast, and make hard trade-offs between scope, speed, and quality
  • Visit practices and work on-site with dentists and dental assistants (ZFAs/ZMVs) to deeply understand workflows and build effective vertical AI
  • Co-build AI experiences with engineering & design —shaping our agentic product experience. You'll define data plans, metrics, and evaluation setups (usage + agent quality) to measure impact and deliver world-class user experience in both software and service
  • Drive decisions with GTM & finance on pricing, rollout, expansion (vertical & geo), and commercial success through precise communication

What you'll bring

  • Shipped exceptional B2B/prosumer products in a high-velocity environment and care deeply about user outcomes and winning with the product
  • 6+ years in product management, including 1-2 years building and shipping AI/ML or data-heavy products (LLMs, STT), owning complex B2B or workflow products E2E
  • High agency and focus: you say "no" when needed, quickly judge what's truly impactful, and push for quality via speed based on what drives the best user outcome
  • Strong product sense to integrate agentic experiences into workflows that save time and reduce friction by leveraging existing patterns and behaviors
  • Strong data mindset: you create data acquisition and evaluation strategies, track product and agent metrics (utilization rates, precision & recall), understand online vs. offline eval trade-offs, and use insights to drive better customer outcomes
  • Strategic and proactive approach: you move fast with high learning velocity in ambiguous environments
  • Solid technical understanding to have detailed discussions with engineers and make informed trade-off decisions based on impact
  • German C1+ proficiency—you can discuss real work with dentists, ZFAs/ZMVs, and billing partners (non-negotiable)

Bonus skills

  • Experience in German healthcare, ideally dental or outpatient care
  • Amazing track record of winning and delivering high-impact products
  • Experience with high-growth SaaS products using usage or outcome-based pricing, where you owned strategies to drive net revenue retention (NRR) growth
