Joining us, you will
- Design, build, and maintain infrastructure on AWS using ECS, Fargate, Kafka, RDS, Redis, and EC2.
- Leverage Terraform and Terragrunt to provision and manage cloud infrastructure.
- Own and improve CI/CD pipelines with GitHub Actions.
- Foster a DevOps mindset across the engineering team, focusing on developer experience.
- Monitor and ensure reliability using DataDog, and proactively improve system observability.
- Collaborate closely with engineers to design secure, resilient solutions that meet their needs.
- Maintain a strong focus on security best practices in all infrastructure and operational work.
What you’ll bring
- 3-5 years of professional experience with AWS infrastructure.
- Proven working experience as a Cloud Engineer, DevOps Engineer, or similar.
- Hands-on expertise in AWS, Terraform, and GitHub Actions.
- Strong programming skills in at least one language (e.g., Python, Go or TypeScript).
- Security-conscious and able to design with security in mind.
- Customer-obsessed mindset - treating engineers as your primary customers.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment.
- Strong collaboration and communication skills, with a focus on enabling and empowering teams.
