We're looking for you: A driven People intern with passion, structure, and speed! In this position, you'll gain valuable insights into strategic people topics and can actively contribute to forward-thinking processes along the employee lifecycle. At the same time, you'll support our team with daily operational tasks and actively enable and shape our growth.

Your Role with Us
- Collaboration in creating and maintaining documents, employment contracts, and onboarding materials
- Contribution to optimizing internal people processes and digital tools
- Organization of team events and internal training in collaboration with various departments
- Processing applicant inquiries, coordinating interviews, and preparing materials for applicant meetings
- Support with strategic people projects such as talent development, employee retention, and company culture
What You Bring
- Bachelor in business administration, HR, psychology, or a related field
- Initial practical experience in HR is advantageous but not essential
- Strong organizational talent and structured work approach
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, professional demeanor
- High willingness to learn, initiative, and teamwork ability
- Excellent German and English skills, both written and spoken
