As People Operations Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our employees and accompany them across different matters. You will have ownership for various initiatives and ensure employee happiness.

What you’ll get to do

Standardization and optimization of job advertisements, people processes and templates, e.g. for an effective feedback process and contract management.
Responsibility for administrative tasks relating to the employee lifecycle (e.g. contract creation, certificate creation, data maintenance, payroll, corporate benefits).
Support in recruiting.
Independent coordination and implementation of onboarding and offboarding.
Development and implementation of initiatives to build a strong corporate culture (e.g., Teamevents).
Development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.
Coordination and execution of internal office tasks and communication with relevant stakeholders.

About you

You have already gained initial experience in the areas of People & Culture, ideally in a dynamic environment (e.g. start-up or consulting).
You have excellent communication skills - fluency in German and English is a must.
You have experience with Personio, Lever (or other ATS), Google Suite.
You like to work independently and achieve results according to an OKR system.
You have a passion for structures and processes.
You are known for your empathy and ability to quickly build relationships and positively influence others.
