The impact you will make

You will be building and supporting IT systems for Marvel Fusion scientists and engineers, enabling the company path towards abundant and clean Fusion energy to the world.

Your responsibilities

  • Deployment, administration and maintenance of IT infrastructure, on-premises and in the cloud.
  • Support scientists and engineers on IT topics.
  • Participate in building specialized IT systems for advanced research applications.

What you bring

You are experienced in:

  • Networking: switches, routers, firewalls, DHCP, DNS and VPN
  • Linux Administration: basic scripting, comfortable CLI usage, compiling of Open Source apps and tools, deployment of Linux systems, deployment of Linux applications
  • Storage Administration: NFS, CIFS/SMB, iSCSI, provisioning shares and volumes, configuring clients
  • Virtualization: provisioning and managing VMs in any hypervisor
  • Containers: docker or podman
  • Windows Administration: basic scripting, basic CLI usage, deployment of Windows systems, deployment of Windows applications
  • AD or LDAP administration

Working IT experience of at least 3 years.

Good English language proficiency, both speaking and writing.
