The impact you will make

As Working Student System Administration, you will ensure reliable and efficient functionality of the company`s IT systems, supporting employees in their everyday work. You will further work on improving internal IT-related infrastructure and processes.

Your responsibilities

  • Troubleshoot and provide support for existing IT systems (both cloud and on-premises)
  • Assist company employees with day-to-day IT-related issues
  • Maintain and enhance corporate intranet
  • Proactively identify and address new requirements and potential issues
  • Define requirements for extending and improving existing IT systems
  • Implement, test, roll out new functionality
  • Automate routine tasks to improve efficiency

For this position, you will ideally be available for a duration of 6 months

What you bring

  • Currently pursuing professional or academic education in an IT-related field
  • Experience with providing IT support to the end users
  • Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration is required
  • Understanding of Windows and/or Linux administration
  • Goal-oriented approach with the ability to plan and execute projects effectively
  • Strong analytical skills, a structured approach, and attention to detail
  • Proactive team player with a positive work attitude
  • Web publishing skills are a plus
  • Scripting experience (e.g., PowerShell, Python) is a plus
  • Fluent in English, German proficiency is a plus
