LiveEO’s ambitious goal is to monitor 1 billion assets across the globe with its unique SaaS solution until 2030. Our team is as global as the satellite data we process and the customers we serve. We're hiring a Field Marketing Intern to join our marketing team in Berlin for up to 6 months. This is a generalist marketing role with a heavy lean into events and field marketing. If you love the buzz of in-person events, enjoy chatting with vendors and partners, and want to see your ideas show up on a booth or at a customer dinner, this might be a great role for you.

Your challenge

  • Help us organize great events globally by handling the admin and coordination behind trade shows, conferences, partner activations and customer dinners across multiple regions.
  • Place orders, track deliverables, manage swag and booth materials, and coordinate with suppliers
  • Be a friendly point of contact for vendors and venues around the world, looping in our Demand Generation Manager on the bigger calls (budget, venue choices, that kind of thing).
  • Keep an eye out for new event opportunities in our space and bring them into brainstorms.
  • Throw ideas into the mix on booth engagement, lead gen activities and how we stand out at events.
  • Travel with us once in a while to help things run smoothly on-site.
  • Help coordinate internal company events and webinars.
  • Lend a hand on general marketing and content ops when needed: supporting campaigns, content projects and keeping our assets and trackers in shape.

Your profile

  • Excited about marketing as a career and curious about our world at the intersection of space, environment, and critical infrastructure.
  • Social and communicative: you don't mind being the person who phones a vendor or chats with a partner at a booth.
  • Organized and detail-oriented: you follow through and things don't fall through the cracks on your watch.
  • Proactive: you flag things early and don't wait to be told what to do.
  • Comfortable with a bit of chaos, a fast pace, and the occasional time-zone juggling.
  • Fluent in English
Nice to have:
  • Some previous experience in events, field marketing or marketing ops (an internship, a student club, a side project, it all counts).
  • Familiarity with tools like Notion, HubSpot or similar.
  • German, French, or another language.
  • A general interest in B2B, technology, and sustainability.
