Drive customer outcomes: Anchor product development in utility pain points such as reducing outages, improving safety, and simplifying compliance.

Deliver with excellence: Own SLOs for delivery quality, model accuracy, uptime, and time-to-value.

Scale business impact: Co-own ARR/NRR goals, gross margin performance, and pricing/packaging strategy.

Drive value-based outcomes: Ensure that Treeline’s messaging, roadmap, and go-to-market activities are anchored in value selling principles, clearly connecting product outcomes to customer ROI.

Lead cross-functionally: Align engineering, data science, sales, and partners on a single roadmap and repeatable GTM motions.

Develop talents: Coach Senior PMs and Product Leads, raising the bar for product craft and commercial acumen.

Significant experience leading product portfolios in enterprise SaaS (typically 8–10+ years)

Proven success building and scaling AI/ML products in regulated or asset-intensive industries.

Nice to have: understanding of utility operations, vegetation management, or related geospatial workflows.

Strong commercial acumen: pricing and packaging, enterprise sales support, forecasting, and margin management.

Experience developing value propositions and partnering with commercial teams to support value-based selling in enterprise contexts.

Experience coaching PMs into stronger leaders and comfortable operating at both strategic and operational levels.
