As Chief of Staff at LiveEO, you will work mainly with C-Lvl and VP, and support the Co-CEOs in their functions helping their management to be the best version of itself.

• Be in midst of the fast paced, high responsibility & passionate environment of the CEOs of LiveEO and support them in their functions
• Be a connecting link between employee-base, management team and executives by facilitating the forums where these parties come together (moderation of staff-meetings, All-Hands meetings, MBRs, organization of leadership offsites, etc.)
• Moderate the LiveEO OKR process to ensure successful strategy execution and alignment between the goal setting of different departments and teams
• Be responsible for the communication with shareholders of the company (organization of board meetings, creation of reporting material, E-Mail communication etc.)
• Support the CEOs in fundraising activities (creation of pitch-decks & informational material, pitching to & communicating with new prospects)
• Be an active ambassador and good example of LiveEO's culture internally and externally

• A highly motivated, conscientious, pragmatic, resilient & fast-minded generalist with a inclination for taking responsibility and a general good mood
• 5+ years experience in the same/similar role in another company at the same or bigger stage
• Experience in a startup/m&a/finance/consulting environment (ideally with a technical background)
• Bachelor degree (independent of the study)
• Exceptional Google Suite / Microsoft Office Skills (Slides, Sheets)
• Understanding when 110% is good enough and when 80/20 is fine
• Ability to execute complex projects involving many dozen stakeholders
• Excellent communication skills in English and German
