As Finance Operations Manager at Ledgy, you'll manage financial operations and ensure accurate reporting to support Ledgy’s growth. Reporting into the Head of Operations, you'll split your time between driving operational excellence and strategic work in Finance.
At Ledgy, you will:
- Lead financial operations including forecasting and budgeting, accounting, cashflow management, and reporting
- Develop and monitor financial performance metrics; provide stakeholders with timely insights into trends, operational results, and growth drivers
- Own core finance operations (accounting processes, quarterly budget reviews)
- Coordinate external accountants and drive monthly close and yearly financial audits
- Manage payments and payroll preparation
- Manage equity administration directly in Ledgy
- Provide real-time visibility into the unit economics of our business and identify opportunities to improve GTM strategy
- Drive operational and financial efficiency, including evaluating our procurement processes and currency management
- Ensure compliance with financial reporting and tax laws in our core markets
- Implement process improvements to reduce operational workload across Finance and Operations
The job is a good fit if you:
- Have 3-5+ years of experience in a B2B SaaS startup managing Finance or experience in Big 4 financial audit with a desire to transition into the startup world
- Have a solid understanding of financial and tax reporting
- Are proficient in financial systems and accounting software
- Have experience processing multi-country payroll and payments
- Are analytical, detail-oriented and enjoy leading complex, cross-functional projects
- Have excellent verbal and written communication
- M&A experience is a strong plus
