We are expanding our team and looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Representative (BDR) to help us grow our customer base in the rapidly evolving AI landscape.

As a Business Development Representative at LatticeFlow AI, you will play a key role in driving our growth by identifying and engaging new business opportunities. You will be responsible for generating leads, qualifying prospects, and working closely with our sales team to convert leads into customers. This role is ideal for a proactive and ambitious individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a passion for AI and technology.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead Generation: Identify potential customers through research, outbound prospecting, and networking across various channels (LinkedIn, email, phone calls, etc.).
  • Prospecting & Outreach: Create tailored outreach campaigns to engage with decision-makers, including cold calls, emails, and social media engagement.
  • Qualify Leads: Conduct initial qualification of leads to determine their fit for LatticeFlow's AI platform, understanding their needs and challenges.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of LatticeFlow’s product offerings
  • Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handoffs of qualified leads and assist in the transition from prospect to client.
  • CRM Management: Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in the CRM system.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and new opportunities in the AI space.
