What you’ll be doing

• Helping for maintaining the development infrastructure for the reliable operation of our servers
• Setup server, switches and storage in a datacenter
• Installing operating system but also other 3rd party software like VMware, Nutanix, Openstack
• Monitoring system performance to identify and resolve issues before they impact our work
• Participating in the continuous improvement of our systems and processes
• Gain in passing insights into the work of the development teams

What you’ll bring

• Interest in real software/hardware infrastructure and DevOps topics
• Willingness for a new challenge in an agile, exciting work environment and the ability to adapt quickly to new situations
• Initial knowledge of Kubernetes is a plus
• Higher education focusing on computer science and/or software engineering
• You are located in Hamburg and committed to work 20 hours 3-5 days per week
• Confident and open communication style
• Fluent English and German
