We are currently looking for a Team Lead Job Board and Programmatic (m/f/d) for our DACH and BeNeLux markets to become part of our team at Joblift.

We are building a product ecosystem and a sophisticated recommendation engine that connects job seekers with companies in a completely new dimension. Join us in this journey, become part of revolutionizing the job search and help us solve one of the biggest challenges of humankind.

Your exciting responsibilities include:

  • Growing our business across our key clients in job boards space, being the face of the company in the DACH and BeNeLux markets

  • Leading the growth of our client portfolio over time, with a focus on retention of current customer by understanding their business and meeting their goals, discussing and negotiating budgets (upsell opportunities) and pricing

  • Working towards customer happiness by taking full advantage of our wide-ranging campaign steering opportunities

  • Operating and technical tasks will include reviewing XML feeds, steering and data analysis, optimizing inventory on both pricing and category level, optimizing traffic sources, troubleshooting indexation issues, testing URL parameters

  • Coordinate the other job board team members, guiding them on steering excellence and leading the relationship with key international partners.

  • Closing performance gaps and by working with Marketing, Steering and Business Intelligence teams

  • Meet competitive monthly / quarterly sales objectives and drive the growth of the legacy business for Joblift

  • Being the main responsible person for our customer strategy in the job board vertical, in direct relationship with our CEO, Product and Marketing team.

  • Attending relevant industry conferences to represent Joblift’s Job board business and meet our customers and publisher on international level

Ideally you bring:

  • At least 5-7 years of experience in Business Development, a data-driven Customer Success role, ideally within the field of recruitment technology, advertising or e-commerce

  • Native / fluent in German and English is a MUST

  • Proven track record in account management, with the ability to build lasting relationships with clients by outperforming expectations

  • An analytical and entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on attitude to bring forward scaling opportunities

  • Hungriness to take the DACH and BeNeLux on the next level towards maturity by going the extra mile with a strong desire to win and achieve results

  • First experience in a rapid-growth start-up environment, the recruitment industry or consulting is a plus

  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry is a plus
