We are currently looking for a Business Development & Programmatic Trading Manager (m/f/d) for our UK Market to become part of our team at Joblift.

Your exciting responsibilities include:

  • Growing our business across our key clients in job boards, programmatics and recruitment marketing agencies being the face of the company in the US and UK

  • Leading the growth of our client portfolio over time, being responsible for both budget upsells and pricing

  • Working towards customer happiness by taking full advantage of our wide-ranging campaign steering opportunities

  • Being the main responsible person for both sell / buy of traffic and users with a clear analytical and programmatic approach

  • Closing performance gaps and kicking off multi-departmental projects by working with Performance Marketing, our Search Team and Business Intelligence

  • Generating market and performance insights to further scale Joblift’s market presence in both US and UK and individual customer performance

  • Setting up strong performance reports for our US and UK customers to provide good customer experience and maintain long-lasting relationships

  • Work directly with our Head of Job Board & Programmatic while collaborating with our other international market teams

Ideally you bring:

  • At least three years of experience in Business Development, a data-driven Customer Success role, ideally within the field of recruitment technology, advertising or e-commerce

  • Native / fluent in English is a MUST

  • Ideally experience in knowledge of recruitment media buying and knowledge of Clickcast platform or willingness to learn (previous experience would be considered a big plus)

  • An analytical and entrepreneurial mindset with a hands-on attitude to bring forward scaling opportunities

  • Ability to build lasting relationships with clients by outperforming expectations

  • Hungriness to take the US and UK on the next level towards maturity by going the extra mile with a strong desire to win and achieve results

  • First experience in a rapid-growth start-up environment, the recruitment industry or consulting is a plus

  • Knowledge of the recruitment industry in the US/UK is a plus
