Job Description
About the role:
We are on the lookout for an execution-focused Growth Marketing Operations professional to help us accelerate user acquisition, engagement, and retention for our Hotels offering. This role will be pivotal in driving the operational backbone of our user growth engine by executing end-to-end marketing campaigns, managing tools and vendors, and collaborating cross-functionally to bring customer promotions, creatives, and automated journeys to life. If you're detail-oriented, proactive, and have a knack for getting things done at scale, this is the role for you.
Key responsibilities:
Campaign Execution & Communication:
Create, schedule, and manage omnichannel marketing campaigns via push notifications, emails, SMS, and WhatsApp using tools like CleverTap
Build and automate user journeys and trigger-based communication to drive booking and revenue growth
Collaborate with design/content teams to take in-app creatives (banners, bottom sheets, etc.) live on time
Promo Code & Offer Management:
Set up and manage promo codes and discount configurations for offers and partner-driven sales
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to execute campaigns around promo-based events and sales
Sales Planning & Performance Monitoring:
Collaborate with business and category teams to plan and execute periodic sales events and promotional pushes
Maintain campaign performance trackers (in Google Sheets) and assist in post-campaign impact analysis
Marketing Tools & Vendor Management:
Monitor usage and expenses of marketing platforms and track monthly spends
Manage vendor payment cycles - collect invoices, raise POs, coordinate with Finance, and ensure on-time processing of payments
Cross-Functional Collaboration:
Work across verticals - including Business, Design, Tech, Content, Finance, and Vendor teams - to ensure timely campaign execution and operational excellence
Requirements:
Must-have:
1-3 years of experience in a Growth Marketing, Performance Marketing, or Marketing Operations role
Hands-on experience with CleverTap or similar marketing automation platforms
Proficiency in Google Suite - especially Sheets, Docs, and Slides
Proven ability to operate with ownership, manage multiple moving parts, and thrive in a high-paced, detail-heavy environment
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Good-to-have:
Experience working with tools like MSG91, Gupshup, Kasplo, or similar messaging vendors
Exposure to consumer tech or internet companies, ideally in travel, e-commerce, or app-first businesses
