Job Description
As an assistant manager in Media Sales, you're key responsibilities include:
- Assist in building and managing a revenue pipeline with advertisers, Ad agencies, and business partners, ensuring a minimum threshold of ad sales revenue.
Support the end-to-end sales process, aid in crafting effective sales pitches, closing new business, and ensuring seamless client service delivery.
Participate in effective sales planning to maximize inventory utilization and ROI.
Engage in account development to secure long-term business relationships with clients.
Develop and maintain systems for prospecting and targeting, providing management with regular pipeline reports.
Contribute to formulating innovative advertising packages that maximize revenue opportunities with brands and agencies.
Help to drive results in a fast-paced, resource-conscious environment using creative approaches and a strong vision.
Qualifications
- A Bachelor's or Master's in Sales and Marketing, preferably from a reputable institution, or equivalent experience.
4-6 years of experience in online media sales with strong local connections with clients and agencies in the Lucknow and Kanpur regions.
Excellent communication skills and a knack for identifying new business opportunities.
