Proven experience in sales and business development within the semiconductor industry (AI chips, IoT, consumer electronics, industrial applications);
Strong background in selling chips and solutions to large consumer electronics markets/businesses;
Deep understanding of the AI ecosystem, edge AI, and embedded AI applications;

Strong ethical decision-making and ability to act in the best interest of both the company and customers;
Strong negotiation and communication skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales cycles;
Demonstrated experience in building commercial partnerships and managing high-value enterprise customers;
Experience with business expansion strategies in new regions;
Technical background and/or strong understanding of AI chips, neuromorphic computing, or related technologies;
Prior experience working in startup environments or establishing new regional operations;
Knowledge of consumer electronics supply chains and key industry players;
Ability to work independently in a remote, high-growth startup environment;
Willingness to travel frequently across the US, with a focus on West Coast clients.
