OVERVIEW

We are currently seeking a (Senior) Specialist Cell Therapy Supply Chain* to strengthen our Global Patient Supply department. You will work on-site in Munich, Germany (we offer flexible work from home options) in an interdisciplinary hybrid environment with colleagues from Germany and the US. Your analytical reasoning and action-oriented style as well as your organization and communication skills will contribute to the team’s success.

YOUR MISSION

Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following tasks:

  • Work cross-functionally with Clinical Operations, Manufacturing, and Quality to effectively manage patient products from leukapheresis collection through drug product infusion

  • Support/ manage clinical sites as primary point of contact for scheduling and general inquiries regarding patient journey activities

  • Ensure maintenance of chain of custody and chain of identity measures throughout all patient journey activities

  • Support CMO/ CRO activities, e.g., request shipments of final drug products to clinical sites, schedule apheresis processing slots

  • Maintenance of relevant tracking tools

  • Support Clinical Operations and CMC to enable new clinical site qualifications and trainings

  • Develop and improve SOPs, work instructions, and training materials

  • Backup for managing logistics providers which are responsible for transportation of patient material

  • Ensure timely filing of relevant patient journey documents in the eTMF

YOUR PROFILE

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or have completed an apprenticeship and gained at least 3 years of relevant experience in a life science or healthcare company. Ideally, you have gained insights into cell therapies. Knowledge of GxP regulations is an advantage.

We expect a high degree of independent working, excellent organizational and communicational skills in English, as well as very good knowledge of German (at least B2 level). You embrace rapidly changing requirements with an open mind, think outside the box and show a high degree of flexibility in an environment which is marked by a constant striving for excellence. You approach tasks in a structured, reliable and foresighted manner, combined with an elevated level of individual responsibility, enthusiasm and strong social skills.
