We are currently seeking a Logistics Coordinator – Clinical Patient Supply Chain* to support our Global Patient Supply department. You will work in Tuebingen, Munich or remote (Germany) in an interdisciplinary environment with colleagues from Germany and the US. Your analytical reasoning and action-oriented style as well as your organization and communication skills will contribute to the team’s success.

Your main responsibilities will include but are not limited to the following tasks:

• Accountability to coordinate shipments required for the business by collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
• Managing the shipment request ticketing portal to ensure timely response to requests
• Keeping shipping regulations knowledge up to date
• Working closely with logistics vendors to ensure:

1. Proper packaging solution (according to shipment temperature range)
2. Timely pick-up/ delivery
3. Adequate documentation for customs clearance is provided
4. Adequate regulatory documentation (i.e., CDC, USDA etc) is provided

• Maintaining log of all shipping activities with adequate detail
• Maintaining key performance indicators (KPIs) for the shipment services provided to stakeholders

You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree or have completed an apprenticeship and gained at least 2 years of relevant experience in a life-science or healthcare company. Experience with cold chain shipments is required, German customs regulations knowledge would be preferred.

We expect a high degree of independent working, strong organizational and excellent communication skills in English as well as good knowledge of German (at least B1 level).
