What you will do
As a Working Student in our Marketing & CRM team, you’ll play an important role in shaping how we build meaningful relationships with our community. From analysing channel performance and customer data to crafting engaging campaigns, you’ll help us create personalised, data-driven experiences across all touchpoints.
YOUR TASKS:
- Support the planning, setup, and execution of CRM campaigns — in particular, assist in the planning and operational implementation of email campaigns, from ideation and testing to newsletter delivery.
- Assist in the creation and optimization of lifecycle flows, helping to develop inspiring automated communications that reflect our brand values and tone of voice throughout the customer journey.
- Help segment our audience to deliver personalized and relevant communication.
- Monitor and report on key CRM KPIs (open rate, CTR, revenue performance) and derive actionable learnings.
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Creative, and Performance teams to ensure a consistent brand experience.
- Research CRM trends, tools, and best practices to continuously evolve our communication.
