What you will do
- Take strategic and operational ownership of the design across all online and offline touchpoints – including website, newsletters, social media, CRM campaigns, flyers, primary and secondary product packaging, point of sale, and trade show visuals.
- Create performance-driven ad creatives (static & video) for Meta and other platforms – tailored to each channel, always on-brand, always bold.
- Develop key visuals for product launches and campaigns, adapting them seamlessly across all relevant channels – from e-commerce to newsletters, social media, and advertising.
- Design print materials such as in-parcel inserts, POS displays, and packaging that elevate the product and brand experience.
- Further develop and maintain the corporate design to keep the gitti brand fresh, innovative, and consistent across all channels.
- Collaborate closely with Brand, Content, Marketing, CRM, and Product teams to ensure a cohesive and powerful visual identity.
- Apply deep knowledge of the latest graphic design trends, tools, and techniques to push creative boundaries.
- Manage workload, deadlines, and quality standards, while establishing and improving design procedures, policies, and processes.
