As we continue to expand, we’re seeking a visionary Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) to lead our marketing efforts, drive brand awareness, and accelerate our growth.

Position Overview
As the Chief Marketing Officer, you will be a key member of the management team, responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive marketing strategy that aligns with our brand values and business objectives. You will lead all marketing functions, including creative, brand strategy, digital marketing, content creation, influencer partnerships, and customer retention. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, a creative visionary, and a hands-on leader with a passion for sustainable beauty.

Key Responsibilities
  • Strategic Leadership:
    • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy to drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
    • Collaborate with the CEOs to align marketing efforts with overall business goals and objectives.
    • Manage a 7-digit annual marketing budget across various marketing and branding channels.
  • Brand Development:
    • Elevate the gitti brand by creating a compelling brand story that resonates with our target audience and reinforces our commitment to sustainability and conscious beauty.
    • Oversee the development and execution of integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and PR
  • Digital Marketing & E-commerce:
    • Lead the digital marketing strategy, with a strong focus on scaling our e-commerce business through paid social, SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
    • Optimize customer journeys and conversion rates across our digital platforms to maximize ROI.
  • Influencer & Partnership Management:
    • Expand and strengthen influencer partnerships, focusing on micro- and macro-influencers as well as opinion leaders who align with our brand values.
    • Identify and develop strategic partnerships with like-minded brands and organizations to expand our reach and influence.
  • Campaign & Launch Management:
    • Lead the planning, execution, and management of all marketing campaigns and product launches across all markets and sales channels.
    • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including ProductDevelopment, Operations, and Retail, to ensure cohesive and impactful campaign rollouts.
  • Team Leadership:
    • Build and lead a high-performing marketing team of 7 people, fostering a culture of creativity, innovation, and accountability.
    • Mentor and develop team members, providing guidance and support to help them achieve their full potential.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making:
    • Utilize data analytics and market research to inform marketing strategies, measure campaign effectiveness, and optimize marketing efforts.
    • Report on key marketing metrics and performance to the executive team.
Dein Profil
Experience
  • Minimum of 10 years of marketing experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role, preferably in the beauty, wellness, or fashion industries.
  • Proven track record of scaling D2C or omni channel brands
  • Experience in the U.S. market is a big plus.
  • Skills:
    • Strong strategic thinking and creative problem-solving skills.
    • Entrepreneurial mindset.
    • Experience in brand building, storytelling, and content creation.
    • Expertise in digital marketing, e-commerce, and performance marketing.
    • Strong leadership and team management skills.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Passion
    • A deep passion for sustainability, conscious beauty, and ethical consumerism.
    • Education:
      • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
      • MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
