What you will do

Support the Team Lead in the Project Management of Product Development Process for Nails, Makeup & Skincare. Specifically:

• Manage the New Product Development Process of different products from Stakeholder Kick-off to Launch in close interaction with Team Lead

• Create a Gateway Process for every NPD and make sure milestones are achieved in the aligned timeframe by closely interacting with internal departments (esp. Marketing, Creative and Operations) and external partners

• Manage tracking, distribution, testing and evaluation of product samples from various laboratories and ensure feedback of internal and external stakeholder (e.g. Influencer, Community) is gathered in a timely manner

• Precise documentation of decisions that are made in the Product Development process (e.g. formula actives, packaging, design aspects)

• Take ownership of Sample Management & Storage, Product Library and Office Stock in our office in Berlin

• Coordinate artwork process for new products and product reworks based on Regulatory requirements and information provided by Team Lead

• Work closely with Team Lead on brainstorming for new innovative product ideas through industry relevant fairs, social media, competitor analysis and customer interaction

• Support in giving input for business case development including pricing and competitor analysis

What we’re looking for

• You have a degree with a focus on project management, business administration, economics or a similar subject.

• You have minimum 1 year of working experience (or comparable internships) in Project Management, preferably in a fast moving and agile environment or cosmetic company

• You have a good understanding of project management methods as well as excellent organizational and planning skills.

• You have excellent communication skills, both internally and with external partners

• You have passion for beauty products and affinity to fashion/beauty trends

• You can quickly familiarize yourself with various complex topics and work in a well-organized, structured manner.

• You think in opportunities instead of challenges and have a hands-on attitude to execute new projects.

• You have a positive and open personality and love to work in a team.

• You speak german and english fluently, other languages are more than welcome.

• You are willing to work from the office in Berlin for 2-3 days a week.

• You are willing to also take over administrative and operational tasks.
