YOUR MISSION
In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the efficiency of our revenue engine. You’ll optimize the processes and tools used by our Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to drive growth and improve the customer journey. You'll work closely with these departments and see your contributions put into action right away.
- You’ll research and implement digital tools—such as CRMs, marketing automation, and sales enablement platforms—to streamline workflows.
- You’ll analyze key metrics like lead conversion rates, sales cycle length, and customer lifetime value to guide performance improvements across our revenue teams.
- You’ll support the development of business cases to evaluate new technologies and process improvements that directly impact revenue.
- You’ll contribute your own ideas, continuously help improve the team, and actively shape the future of our go-to-market strategy.
- You’ll prepare professional presentations and management reports to align stakeholders on critical initiatives.
- You’ll assist the Revenue Operations team with various project management and data-driven tasks.
ABOUT YOU
- You are currently studying Business Administration, Marketing, Economics, or a related field.
- You are curious, eager to learn, and bring strong analytical skills. First hands-on experience—particularly with CRM software like Salesforce or Pipedrive—is a plus.
- You enjoy working with data, spotting trends, and approaching tasks in a structured, detail-oriented, and independent way.
- You are highly organized and can manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- You are interested in sales technology, marketing trends, and want to see firsthand how digital innovations drive business growth.
- You are fluent in both German and English.
