Flytrex is building an autonomous drone-delivery network for restaurants in suburban America.

We are one of 4 companies that are FAA approved to fly over residential neighborhoods (together with Amazon, Google/Wing and Zipline) but are the only one exclusively focused on restaurants. Uber is an investor in Flytrex and we fly deliveries for Doordash as well. After thousands of successful commercial deliveries and multiple breakthrough FAA approvals, Flytrex is now expanding rapidly across the U.S., starting with Dallas Forth worth.

We are looking for an experienced Product Operations to join a fast-growing multidisciplinary team in our vibrant working environment in the center of Tel Aviv.

As a Product Operations at Flytrex, You’ll build and run the operating system behind Product, Engineering, and Operations - the workflows, decision loops, and AI-powered leverage that help teams move faster, stay aligned, and execute with clarity.

We believe Product Operations is being reinvented by AI. The best operators are no longer process managers - they’re leverage builders who compress the loop between insight and action, reduce operational friction, and create leverage that scales.

You’ll work closely with Product and Engineering leadership to run planning cadences, improve execution quality, and ensure speed scales without creating chaos.

This role sits at the intersection of software, hardware, and real-world operations. When we ship, you’ll help ensure the work actually lands - from readiness and rollout coordination to measurement and operational feedback loops.

You’ll also help define what a modern, AI-native Product Operations function looks like from the ground up.

This role is ideal for someone who loves building leverage - improving not just what teams work on, but how teams operate.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Planning & Alignment Run our OKR cycle end-to-end, connecting company strategy to team execution.
  • Execution Velocity Build the workflows, automations, and operating mechanisms that reduce friction and help teams ship faster with more clarity.
  • Decision Intelligence Define the signals, metrics, and feedback loops that help teams make faster and better decisions.
  • Team Operating Rhythm Own the operating cadence that keeps teams aligned, decisions moving, and priorities clear across Product, Engineering, and Operations.
  • Launch Operations Own the launch system end-to-end: readiness, coordination, rollout, and the measurement loops that determine whether launches truly succeed.

Requirements

  • 2-5 years of experience in Product Operations, Program / Project Management, or a similar role at a high-growth technology or operations-driven company.
  • AI-native working style - you already use AI as part of how you think, analyze, communicate, and execute, and you’ve redesigned workflows because of it.
  • Strong data instincts - you’re comfortable pulling data yourself, challenging assumptions, and using AI to accelerate analysis without outsourcing judgment.
  • Experience running OKR or similar goal-setting processes across teams.
  • Excellent communication - you can turn a messy 60-minute meeting into clear decisions, owners, and next steps.
  • Comfortable operating in ambiguity and within the realities of a hardware + software business.

Bonus Points Experience in drone delivery, logistics, robotics, autonomous systems, or regulated operational environments.
