Description

Flytrex is revolutionizing the food delivery field by making drone delivery a reality. Our cutting-edge technology and innovative approach are changing the way people receive their meals, providing faster and more efficient delivery services. We operate drone delivery centers in the US doing tens of thousands of deliveries annually and rapidly growing.

We’re looking for a Project Manager to serve as the operational arm of the Growth organization, turning strategic goals into structured execution.

The role ensures that every growth initiative (both restaurant-facing and consumer-facing) is tracked, executed, and delivered on time.

Main Responsibilities:

1. CRM Ownership & Process Setup

  • Lead full CRM setup and maintenance (Pipedrive / HubSpot): stages, automations, dashboards.
  • Work closely with Sales, ops and BI to define the flow from lead → signed → live.
  • Track the funnel and flag bottlenecks to the SVP Growth.

2. B2B Project Execution

  • Manage onboarding projects for new restaurants and chains: timelines, dependencies, and internal coordination.
  • Support project execution by developing, maintaining, and optimizing structured playbooks and rollout checklists.
  • Serve as the central point connecting Sales, Ops, Data, and Product for every merchant-related initiative.

3. B2C Campaign Execution

  • Coordinate the rollout of campaigns (flyers, door hangers, local activations, remote pickup launches).
  • Work with marketing, ops, media buyers, and data teams on execute, and track performance and ROI for each event or campaign.
  • Ensure timelines are clear and deliverables are completed.

4. Cross-Team Coordination

  • Translate SVP Growth priorities into tasks, owners, and deadlines.
  • Lead weekly syncs and provide progress updates.
  • Keep ClickUp/Notion organized with live project tracking.

5. Reporting & Follow-Up

  • Prepare weekly progress dashboards (CRM, campaigns, restaurant growth).
  • Highlight risks, blockers, and next steps to maintain momentum.

Requirements

  • 3–6 years of experience in project management or operations.
  • Experience working cross-functionally (Sales, Marketing, Data, Product).
  • Strong ownership, attention to detail, and “make it happen” mindset.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proactive, fast-paced, and execution-driven.
  • Hands-on experience building and managing CRM systems, with proven ability to work across multiple digital platforms and eagerness to continuously learn new tools and technologies.
