The Logistics Coordinator will play a critical role in managing inventory, distributing parts between stations, and supporting day-to-day operational needs. This person will ensure materials are available, labeled, and organized correctly, and will physically transport parts between locations as needed. The right candidate will be a proactive problem solver with a "can-do" attitude who is willing to take on a variety of operational tasks to keep things running efficiently.

Inventory Management:

  • Track and manage inventory levels, ensuring stock is available when needed.
  • Receive, label, and organize parts and materials.
  • Monitor stock movements and maintain accurate records in inventory management systems.
  • Conduct regular cycle counts and reconcile discrepancies.

Fulfillment & Distribution:

  • Prepare and fulfill parts requests for operations and maintenance teams.
  • Drive between Flytrex stations and other local sites to deliver and collect materials.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure the timely availability of components.

Operational Support:

  • Take ownership of organizing the workshop and ensuring it is kept clean, safe, and efficient at all times.
  • Support other operational tasks, including shipping, receiving, and handling tools or equipment as needed.

Work closely with the operations and engineering teams to respond to urgent needs.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in inventory management, warehouse operations, or logistics.
  • Ability to drive between locations (valid driver’s license required).
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to lift and move boxes and parts (up to 50 lbs).
  • Proactive, reliable, and adaptable with a team-oriented mindset.
  • Comfortable using spreadsheets, scanners, and basic inventory systems.

Preferred (Nice to Have):

  • Experience with NetSuite or other ERP systems.
  • Background in a manufacturing or assembly environment.
  • Familiarity with handling different materials, revisions, and tools.
