We're looking for a doctor who wants to do more than manage disease — who wants to help patients get ahead of it, and help build what preventative care looks like in a brand new market. If longevity-focused medicine and Medicine 3.0 principles excite you, and you want real input into shaping a platform from the ground up, we want to talk.

What you'll do

• Run telehealth consults guiding members through a year-long health optimisation journey — interpreting diagnostics, recommending evidence-based interventions, and coaching lifestyle change

• Help lead the launch of Everlab's preventative health platform in NZ, setting the clinical standards from day one

• Use our purpose-built platform to cut admin and spend more time with patients

• Work closely with care managers, clinicians and product to keep improving the member experience

• Bring your expertise to new programs — think perimenopause, sleep, mental health, fertility, fat loss

What you need

• Full registration with the Medical Council of New Zealand

• Current medical indemnity insurance

• Confidence interpreting diagnostic data and delivering preventative recommendations

• 10+ hours/week to start, with flexibility to grow

• Comfortable on video

Bonus points

• Experience implementing health technology solutions

• Practice ownership or business management experience

• Fellowship of RNZCGP

• Membership or Fellowship with the Australasian Society of Lifestyle Medicine (ASLM)
