Operations Manager - UK
Operations
London, UK
About the role:
You'll be one of the first people on the ground in the UK. Working directly with the UK GM, you'll help build the operation from scratch: the diagnostic partner network, the B2B relationships, and the systems that turn a launch into a business. This is a rare opportunity to shape a market from day one.
The scope is deliberately broad. One of your first tasks will be to scope and execute customer success for launch: deciding what good looks like, building the process, and running it yourself until it needs a team. "Own it, build it, run it, playbook it" is the whole job.
We move quickly, operate with high ownership, and expect every person to think in outcomes, not activities. We're an AI-first team: every person is expected to use AI tools to work faster and produce higher quality output.
Responsibilities and scope:
Diagnostic partner operations: Support the UK GM in building and running our network of lab, imaging, and clinical partners via onboarding, performance management, and day-to-day relationships.
B2B support: Help build and manage relationships with corporate clients as the employer channel develops.
Customer success: Scope, build, and run customer success for launch, and design it so it can be handed to a patient care team.
Playbook building: Turn what we learn into documented, repeatable process. You're building the UK operating manual as you go.
Whatever launch needs: Genuinely. Early-stage market entry doesn't stop because of job descriptions, and neither should you.
What we are looking for:
Experience: 2-5 years in an operations or commercial role at a startup or scaleup, or in consulting and ready to operate.
Worn a lot of hats: You've done multiple roles, or one role that kept changing shape. You can show range, not just depth.
Ownership: You look for it rather than wait for it. There's something you built or fixed that nobody asked you to.
Builds from scratch: You can take an ambiguous problem, design the process, and run it without a template or a team.
Comfortable with people: Partners, customers, and clinicians. You can own a relationship, not just a spreadsheet.
Smart and scrappy: You think clearly and then do the work yourself, including the unglamorous parts.
(Nice to have) Health or regulated sector experience: You understand operating where compliance matters.
Working at Everlab:
Do work that matters: We’re building the future of preventive health. Use your skills to prevent disease, improve access to personalised care, and reduce pressure on the health system.
Work-life flexibility: Hybrid working with 2 to 3 days in the office, plus flexibility to manage life beyond the 9 to 5 when it matters.
Experience Everlab as a customer: Full access to the Everlab health program, provided after successfully passing probation.
Share in our success: Employee Share Option Plan included as part of your total remuneration. We grow together.
People you’ll love working with: A welcoming, mission-driven team of smart, thoughtful people doing meaningful work.
