Graphic Designer
Everlab is pioneering the next era of healthcare proactive, personalised, and, most importantly, accessible to all.
We usually respond within a week
About the role:
Everlab is pioneering the next era of healthcare. Proactive, personalised, and, most importantly, accessible to all. We're looking for a Graphic Designer who will take ownership of the Everlab brand and become the go-to person for everything visual across the business. You'll be responsible for creating on-brand assets that span B2C marketing, product, and everything in between.
This is a role for someone who wants to shape what the Everlab brand looks and feels like as we enter an exciting period of growth and international expansion. You'll be part of a high-functioning, high-producing brand team, working at pace across multiple channels and stakeholders while keeping the quality bar high. If you care deeply about the details, thrive on volume, and want to own the creative output of a brand that's genuinely changing how people think about their health, this is for you.
Responsibilities and scope:
Own the creation of on-brand design assets across B2C channels including social media, EDMs, website, landing pages, and campaign collateral.
Work closely with product teams to design in-app content, product assets, and user-facing visuals that maintain brand consistency.
Develop and evolve Everlab's brand look and feel, contributing to guidelines, templates, and design systems that scale with the business.
Deliver BAU design tasks efficiently and at volume without letting quality slip.
Collaborate cross-functionally with the Senior Marketing Manager, Social Media Manager, and team members across the wider business to bring briefs to life.
Design assets for B2B needs as they arise, supporting sales, partnerships, and corporate communications.
Manage your own workload and priorities across concurrent projects, keeping stakeholders informed and deadlines met.
Leverage AI-powered design and productivity tools (Claude, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and others) to accelerate workflows, explore concepts, and push creative output further.
Stay ahead of the curve on emerging AI tools, design trends, and best practices, and bring fresh thinking to how Everlab shows up visually.
What we are looking for:
Availability for full-time with 2-3 in-office days preferred for those near our Sydney or Melbourne offices.
Proven experience as a graphic designer with a strong, detailed design eye and a portfolio that demonstrates range and quality.
Fluency in Figma as your primary design tool.
Actively using AI tools in your design workflow. You're across tools like Claude, Midjourney, Adobe Firefly, and others, and you're always experimenting with what's new. You see AI as a multiplier, not a shortcut.
Experience developing and maintaining brand identity systems, visual guidelines, and design language.
Ability to produce high-quality work quickly and efficiently under volume. You're comfortable with a fast-paced output-driven environment.
Strong cross-functional collaboration skills. You'll be working with marketing, product, sales, and leadership regularly and need to communicate clearly and build trust across teams.
Experience designing for digital channels including social media, email, web, and in-app/product surfaces.
A proactive, ownership mindset. You don't wait to be told what needs doing. You see gaps, raise your hand, and get it done.
A strong sense of storytelling. You understand how to communicate a narrative visually, not just make things look good.
The ability to design with motion in mind, and visualise how static graphics evolve into motion design. You don't need to be an animator, but you think in sequences, transitions, and movement.
Someone who is genuinely excited about being part of a growing company during a period of international expansion.
A self-starter wanting to make their mark. This role suits someone who is energised by momentum, not someone watching the clock.
Bonus: experience in health, wellness, DTC, or startup environments.

About Everlab
Everlab is building the health platform of the future. We exist to deliver personalised, preventative healthcare at scale, using advanced diagnostics, AI, and real clinicians to help people live longer, healthier lives.
Today, we offer Australia's most comprehensive health assessment: 100+ biomarkers tested across bloods, imaging, and physical diagnostics, reviewed by a dedicated longevity doctor, with personalised protocols to act on the findings. We re-test every 6 months. We are not a 12-week programme. We are your health partner for life.
We are a medical company that owns the infrastructure: the technology, the clinics, the clinical frameworks, and the patient experience end to end. Our AI copilot augments 180+ clinicians. Our platform coordinates 33+ diagnostic services, 1,850 partner providers, and 30+ wearable integrations. Real doctors today. AI doctors tomorrow. Same clinical frameworks.
Our founding team includes serial entrepreneurs with $500m+ in exits and a Chief Medical Officer who left surgical training to build what he believes healthcare should be.
We are hiring people who want to do the most important work of their careers. The problems are hard. The pace is fast. The mission is real: deliver as much health, for as many people as possible, at the lowest cost.
If that excites you, we would love to hear from you.
Our team works in a hybrid model, with three days per week in the office. We are based in Sydney in Surry Hills and in Melbourne in the CBD.
