About Your Role
As Partnership Manager at Everlab, you'll build and scale strategic partnerships across diverse sectors, connecting us with wellness studios, gyms, founder communities, corporate networks, professional associations, lifestyle brands, healthcare providers, and other strategic partners.
You'll be building from a strong foundation: We've established several pilot partnerships that are showing early traction, and now we need someone to systematise what's working, scale these initial relationships, and build a robust partnership engine that becomes a core growth channel for Everlab.
This role is critical to expanding Everlab's reach and driving growth through channel partnerships. You'll identify high-value partnership opportunities, structure win-win agreements, and ensure seamless activation that drives member acquisition and revenue growth for both partners and Everlab.
You'll work closely with our commercial, marketing, and clinical teams to design partnership models that enhance our offering, unlock new channels, and position Everlab as the partner of choice for organisations looking to offer best-in-class preventative health to their communities.

What You'll Do
- Manage Performance & Growth: Track partnership metrics (leads, NPS, retention, revenue), conduct regular business reviews with partners, identify expansion opportunities, and optimise underperforming relationships,
- Identify & Develop Strategic Partnerships: Map opportunity across multiple sectors, build a robust pipeline of diverse partnership opportunities, and identify high-potential partners,
- Structure & Negotiate Agreements: Lead commercial discussions, design partnership frameworks (member benefits, co-branded programs, referral models, revenue share, affiliate arrangements), negotiate terms, and close deals that create mutual value,
- Drive Partnership Activation: Own the end-to-end partner experience from onboarding through to ongoing enablement — ensuring partners are equipped with marketing materials, sales enablement tools, and referral pathways to drive engagement and conversions,
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work with Marketing, Clinical, Product, and Commercial teams to create compelling partnership assets and deliver a seamless partner experience, and
- Build Repeatable Frameworks: Develop scalable partnership playbooks, onboarding processes, marketing toolkits, and performance tracking systems that enable consistent execution as the program grows.
What You'll Bring To The Team
- 4–6+ years of partnerships, business development, or commercial experience in healthtech, SaaS, wellness, professional services, or consumer brands, with a proven track record of building and scaling strategic partnerships that drive measurable business outcomes.
- Partnership versatility: You can identify opportunity across diverse sectors, understand different business models and partnership structures, and adapt your approach based on partner type.
- Strong commercial and negotiation skills: You can structure deals, navigate conversations with different stakeholder types, and close agreements that balance commercial objectives with partner needs.
- Relationship-building DNA: You're a connector who builds trust quickly and knows how to open doors and build long-term strategic relationships.
- Strategic and execution-focused: You think big picture but also roll up your sleeves — you're equally comfortable mapping new markets as you are running launch events or troubleshooting activation issues.
- Experience building partnerships from scratch: You've developed partnership programs and scaled partnership channels in a growth-stage environment where you need to move fast and figure things out.

- Bonus: Healthcare or preventative health background. Experience with B2B2C models, membership businesses, community-led growth, or event activation.
