ABOUT THE ROLE

As our Interim Senior Brand Designer, you will be the visual architect of a brand that sparks curiosity and joy for thousands of children. In this maternity-cover role, you own the creative pipeline and evolve the Edurino identity, turning marketing needs into high-standard visual stories.
  • Take full ownership of the end-to-end design execution and prioritization, managing the daily flow of requests across all marketing and commercial channels to ensure deliverables align with our strategic business goals

  • Serve as the primary custodian of the Edurino visual brand identity, maintaining a high bar for aesthetic quality while proactively evolving our frameworks to keep the brand engaging and fresh

  • Lead the conceptualization and visual identity for major campaigns and seasonal events, acting as a strategic sparring partner to translate abstract concepts into compelling visual narratives

  • Produce high-quality, high-converting assets across a diverse mix of digital and print touchpoints, including performance marketing, CRM, web, and B2B materials

  • Scale our creative output during peak periods by providing clear art direction and coordination for external freelance talent to ensure all deliverables meet our brand standards

  • Integrate generative AI and advanced design tools into your daily workflow to accelerate production and foster an agile, efficient environment without sacrificing quality

  • Partner with stakeholders across the marketing team to intake requests and ensure visual consistency across all platforms and communication channels

ABOUT YOU

You are a versatile creative with a deep-seated curiosity and a track record of shaping B2C brands in fast-moving settings. You thrive on the balance between high-level brand strategy and hands-on execution, bringing a proactive mindset that turns complex briefs into delightful visual experiences.


  • 5+ years of relevant experience in brand or creative design within a B2C environment.

  • Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite and Figma, with a strong portfolio showcasing work across digital, motion, and print

  • Demonstrated ability to prioritize in a project-heavy environment, meeting deadlines while maintaining a high creative hit rate

  • A deep understanding of performance marketing and how to design for conversion and creative optimization

  • Fluency in English at a business level (C1+), with the ability to manage stakeholders and communicate design decisions clearly

  • Bonus: You are a pioneer in the AI space, already leveraging generative tools to automate the day-to-day operations and mentor others on how to push the boundaries of creative efficiency

REGARDING YOUR APPLICATION

This is a fixed-term position until April 2027, offering a weekly commitment of anywhere between 25 and 40 hours, depending on your availability.

How to become part of the team

  1. We look forward to receiving your application (CV is enough!). Once we have reviewed it and decide to invite you, we schedule a first 30-minute interview where we get to know each other. You will have the space to tell us why you would be the perfect fit for us and we are happy to answer all of your questions.
  2. Depending on the position, there is now a small assignment for you - either an art/coding test or the elaboration of some questions within a case study.
  3. We schedule another interview with the direct report of your position. You will elaborate the task or questions you have solved.
  4. You (e-)meet one of the co-founders. Depending of the position, we will now ask you for some references.
  5. After a couple of days, we will get back to you with the final decision and you become part of #teamedurino, yay!
