EDURINOs vision is to teach children 21st century skills with the power of games. We rethink how children play and learn and develop a hybrid play-based learning system that combines hard- and software. Haptic figurines and a stylus pen are the key to adaptive learning games.

Our team is dedicated to creating innovative and interactive, game-based learning experiences for preschoolers between 4-8+ years old. With our Series A funding of €10,5 million (by DN Capital, Tengelmann Ventures, FJ Labs, b2venture and Emerge Education), we’ll be able to accelerate the development of new learning worlds, grow our team further and expand our reach to more learners around the globe!

Your mission at EDURINO
  • You are responsible for the selection, implementation and optimisation of AdTech and MarTech solutions to increase the effectiveness and efficiency of our performance marketing activities

  • You develop and implement strategies to integrate different marketing technologies and platforms to ensure seamless data transfer and analysis

  • You build and maintain dashboards and reporting systems to monitor and evaluate (performance) marketing campaigns and derive recommendations for action

  • You analyse data and derive insights to continuously optimise campaign performance and identify new growth opportunities

  • You work closely with the team members of the Marketing team and our Shop Owner to create synergies and promote best practices in AdTech / MarTech

  • Together with our development team, data engineers and data analysts in other departments you build a strong collaboration in order to create a holistic business database, that can be used throughout the company

  • You collaborate with external MarTech/ AdTech tools and agencies and manage projects with them beneficial for the company success

  • .. ideally have already gained some experience in the use of AdTech and MarTech solutions

  • … have excellent analytical skills and are able to interpret complex data and derive actionable insights

  • … are a team player who enjoys working in a dynamic environment and is characterised by a proactive and solution-oriented way of working

  • … are business-fluent in English and German (C1) – German skills are mandatory due to the (partly German) copies you work with.

How to become part of the team

  1. We look forward to receiving your application (CV is enough!). Once we have reviewed it and decide to invite you, we schedule a first 30-minute interview where we get to know each other. After our company presentation, you will have the space to tell us why you would be the perfect fit for us and we are happy to answer all of your questions.
  2. Depending on the position, there is now a small homework for you - either an art/coding test or the elaboration of some questions within a case study.
  3. We schedule another interview with the direct report of your position. You will elaborate the task or questions you have solved.
  4. You (e-)meet one of the co-founders. Depending of the position, we will now ask you for some references.
  5. After a couple of days, we will get back to you with the final decision and you become part of #teamedurino, yay!
  6. The following onboarding steps include meetings with your onboarding buddy and your team members, getting to know everyone from both our business and tech team and of course receiving your EDURINO onboarding box!
